RXSG – The Drag Rope
$45.00
- No bearings — pure rope feel: The Drag Rope has no bearing system — the rope drags through the handles for a deliberately heavy, resistance-adding rotation that demands more from arms, shoulders, and grip.
- Old-school training philosophy: Designed for athletes who want authentic, demanding jump rope training without the assistance of a smooth bearing system — builds raw shoulder endurance and grip strength.
- Extreme difficulty level: The added drag resistance makes every rotation harder than a standard speed rope — used at the 2020 CrossFit Games as a signature conditioning tool.
- Builds conditioning and mental toughness: Training with a drag rope builds the capacity to handle smooth-bearing ropes far more easily — a popular supplemental rope for serious CrossFit athletes.
