The 6 quick-adjust positions provide angles of 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 75°, allowing you to quickly adjust the padded support for different exercises and body positions. Use it as a Nordic curl attachment, split squat attachment, leg support, or core training attachment depending on your workout.
