Choose a weight, then pick it up and put it down until you get tired! An all-in-one option for your workouts: no extra weights or collars required. These bars are expertly designed for isolated bi and tri exercises. They’re perfect for accessory work for pull-ups, rowing, climbing, grappling, and developing upper body stabilizer muscles.
These Fixed Barbells are coated with Chrome and have rubber-coated ends. The curves in the bar allow you to do more reps with less strain on your wrists; and the standard knurl helps with no-slip grip. The 1.25” diameter bar sits nicely in your hands.
These bars are perfect for any new or experienced athlete. Weights are available in 10lb intervals, starting at 10lb and going all the way up to 60lb.
